Anmore's First Luxury
Net Zero Home, Vancouver

Our Role

EINSA supported the project through technical coordination, system selection, and installation of customized window, door, and glazing systems. The scope focused on aligning high-performance products with the project’s Net-Zero objectives, ensuring integration across all openings while maintaining performance, durability, and long-term reliability.

Scope of Work

  • Delivery of customized window, patio door, and fixed glazing systems

  • Installation of lift and slide doors, including large-format units up to 30 ft

  • Integration of triple-glazed operable systems (tilt & turn, casement, awning)

  • Implementation of fixed glazing systems, including skylights and feature openings

  • Installation of keyless entry door system with quadruple glazing and multi-point locking

  • Coordination of specialized glazing, including wine cellar enclosure with controlled access

Key Considerations

This project required careful attention to:

  • Thermal performance and airtightness to support Net-Zero targets

  • Integration of large-format glazing without compromising energy efficiency

  • Natural ventilation strategies to support indoor air quality

  • Security and durability through high-performance locking systems

  • Coordination across varied opening types and customized configurations

Outcome

The glazing and door systems were successfully integrated to support both the architectural vision and the home’s Net-Zero performance targets. EINSA’s involvement ensured that all systems performed reliably while enabling large openings, natural light, and functional flexibility.
