Surface Finishes
The design and colour scheme of the surface finish largely define a building’s overall impression. The choice of colour type, the colour itself, its quality and the colour fastness over a defined period of time all contribute significantly to the structure’s design and durability.
EINS A offers three surface treatments: powder-coating (PowColor), anodising (AnColor) and liquid painting (WetColor).
There are numerous surface finishes which are possible with these three treatments. Except for the RAL standard colours, none of these are ex warehouse: everything will be fabricated based on the order, from a minimum purchase quantity for each colour shade. Regardless of the treatment, other surface finishes and customer-specific special solutions are also possible. Innovative solution for hygiene-sensitive areas of buildings
Hygiene requirements continue to increase, especially in areas such as hospitals, care homes, kindergartens and public buildings. Particularly with a view to multi-resistant germs, which no longer respond to conventional treatment with medication. The antimicrobial surface SmartActive can be tailored and applied to the window system accordingly, whether just for the handles as the primary contact surfaces or also for the inside of the entire frame construction. To this end, the EINS A handle range is available in anodised, stainless steel, stainless steel look and powder coated surface finishes.
Selecting the surface finish process
The choice of a particular surface finish should therefore only be made after thorough consultation, during which the project requirements and ideas of the customer can be discussed and surface finish options, including possible colours and decorative effects, can be shown. The choice of process will depend on the following parameters:
